• WeCare Pact does not allow users to create petitions. The platform is solely for signing existing petitions.

• Users may submit their first name, last name, zip code, and initials to sign a petition.

• All activity on the platform must comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

3. User Responsibilities
 

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when signing a petition.

• You may not submit fraudulent, misleading, or offensive information.

• WeCare Pact reserves the right to remove signers who violate these Terms.

• WeCare Pact does not sell user data and does not share petition signer information with MatchNice, PBC.

• The information you provide is used only to facilitate petition-signing activities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Your name and initials may be publicly displayed in connection with the petition, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

5. Acceptable Use Policy

 

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Use automated scripts or bots to sign petitions.

• Engage in any unlawful activity through the platform.

 

WeCare Pact reserves the right to block access to users violating these Terms.

 

6. Third-Party Links and Services

• Petitions may reference external websites or organizations. WeCare Pact is not responsible for third-party content.

• Use third-party links at your own discretion.

 

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• WeCare Pact is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

• WeCare Pact, a subsidiary of MatchNice, PBC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last updated date will be posted, and continued use of WeCare Pact after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
